Texas Longhorn Breeders of New Mexico We have to brag a little bit about the "Run to the Mountains" two day show in Capitan, NM. The location was beautiful, facilities were perfect, the local Billy the Kid 4 H group put out some great food and the longhorns shown were outstanding. We hope that even more of you will attend next year so you see what a great job that Wade and Kristi Wilson did putting this show together. Ronna Bryant, was presented with the 2006 "Rookie of the Year" Award at the hamburger fry on Saturday evening. Ronna is fairly new to longhorns and to halter showing; she did a great job and has some outstanding longhorns. The TLBNM Club has planned a Field Day on the weekend of August 18th and 19th, at the Santa Terecita Ranch of Frances & Michael Hernandez, 505 772 5202.
