Entry Deadline: Early Entries postmarked on or before April 1, 2008, will have a special entry fee of $35.00 per animal per day($70.00 for both shows).  Entries postmarked from April 2 thru April 18, 2008 will be $40.00 per animal per day.  Late entries, (those postmarked) after April 18th, 2008, will be accepted and a $5.00 fee will be added. Late entries will not appear in the show program.  All entry forms must be completed and all fees paid prior to the animal entering the show ring.  NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE POSTMARK DATE WILL BE MADE AND THEY WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TOO.

WAIVER
As a condition to participate in this event, The Texas Longhorn Breeders of New Mexico,  Lincoln County Fair Grounds, Lincoln County, NM and the City of Capitan, New Mexico, its officers, employees, members, agents and representatives are hereby released from all claims, demands, or cause of action of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether  now existing or hereafter accrued, on account of any damage, cost of expense (1) as a result of any bodily injury or any injury, loss or damage to any persons, (2) as a result of the interpretation or enforcement of the TLBNM, or Lincoln County Fair Grounds, and the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America constitution, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and the risk of such damage, cost or expenses undersigned as well as all other person(s) associated with the participation of person(s) or animal(s) described herein in this event, and the undersigned indemnifies the TLBNM, the  Lincoln County Fair Grounds , Lincoln County, NM and the City of  Capitan, New Mexico from all claims, demands, or causes of action based on any of the foregoing.
